When you create images using our platform, whether through:

• Text-to-image generation
• Image-to-image transformation
• Text-to-video generation
• Image-to-video generation
• Fine-tuned models
• You receive full commercial usage rights to these images.

As a user, you are granted:

• The right to use generated images for commercial purposes
• The ability to sell products featuring the generated images
• Permission to use images in advertising and marketing materials
• Rights to incorporate images into larger works or designs

• Each fine-tuned image is verified on blockchain with your digital signature.
• This verification serves as proof of the image's creation on our platform.
• The blockchain record includes timestamp and creation parameters.

You may not use the platform or generated images to:

• Create content that violates any laws or regulations
• Infringe on existing copyrights or trademarks
• Generate harmful, discriminatory, or offensive content including explicitly sexual, abusive, or otherwise objectionable material (NSFW).
• Misrepresent the origin of the images or videos

• You must have appropriate rights to any images used as input.
• When using the image-to-image or image-to-video feature, you are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to modify and utilize the input images.
• Product images used for background generation or video creation must be owned by you or properly licensed for such use.

You have the right to:

• Generate images and videos for personal or commercial use.
• Sell products featuring generated images.
• Use the content in advertising and marketing, and promotional activities.

We retain the right to:

• Use generated images for platform improvement
• Display generated images as examples (unless opted out)
• Modify or update these terms with notice
• Remove content that violates our terms of service or community guidelines.

• Blockchain verification proves creation time and origin.
• Private key signing establishes your connection to the image.
• Public key verification allows others to confirm authenticity.
• This technical verification is separate from usage rights.

You may use generated images for:

• Product photography and marketing
• Advertising campaigns
• Website and social media content
• Print materials and merchandise
• Commercial art and design
• Incorporation into films, presentations, and other media.

You are entitled to:

• Sell products featuring generated images
• Include the content in paid services or subscriptions
• Use images in commercial advertising
• License images to third parties

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the platform from claims arising from:

• Misuse of generated images
• Violation of these terms
• Infringement of third-party rights

We reserve the right to:

• Terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Remove content that breaches guidelines
• Revoke access for terms violations

• We may update these terms periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes.
• Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

• We offer monthly subscription packages at $9.99, $14.99, and $19.99.
• Each subscription provides AI image and video generation credits to your account.
• We do not automatically bill customers - you must manually renew your subscription each month.
• Credits expire at the end of your subscription period and reset to zero.

• We do not typically provide refunds for purchased subscriptions as they deliver immediate access to generation credits.
• Unused credits do not roll over to the next subscription period and are not eligible for refunds.
• Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances such as extended service unavailability (24+ hours) where credits could not be utilized.
• To request consideration for a refund due to service unavailability, please contact our support team with details of the service disruption.
• Any approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

• As an early-stage startup, we strive to maintain consistent service availability but may occasionally experience downtime for maintenance or updates.
• We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance periods in advance.
• While we work to minimize disruptions, we do not guarantee 100% service availability.
• We recommend using credits throughout the month rather than waiting until the end of your subscription period.
