Is Truepix an AI creative production agency?+
Not exactly. We can work like a creative partner during strategy and initial production, but the goal isn’t to build permanent dependence on manual outsourced production. As repeatable patterns emerge, we look for opportunities to turn those parts into a system.
Is this an AI automation service?+
Automation is part of the model, but it isn’t where we begin. We first need to understand what is actually worth making, how your team evaluates creative, and what production work genuinely repeats. Then we automate where it makes sense.
Will you come up with the creative ideas?+
Yes, collaboratively. Truepix can research, develop campaign territories, propose hooks, stories and creative directions, and work through them with your team. Your team retains brand judgment and final approval.
Are all the outputs AI-generated?+
Not necessarily. The production approach should serve the idea. A project may combine generative image or video systems, existing brand assets, human input and other production approaches. The objective is strong creative, not demonstrating how much AI can be used.
Do you replace our creative or marketing team?+
No. Your team remains responsible for strategy, taste, brand decisions and approval. Truepix adds creative thinking and production capacity underneath those decisions and helps systematize work that repeatedly consumes execution time.
Do you manage our advertising campaigns?+
Creative Systems is primarily focused on creative strategy, production, iteration and workflow. Your existing team or media partner can continue managing distribution. When you choose to share relevant campaign feedback, we can use that information to help inform subsequent creative iterations.
Do you guarantee performance?+
No. Creative is a hypothesis until it reaches the market. Our job is to help develop worthwhile hypotheses, produce them well, learn from feedback and make the next iteration practical.
How much does it cost?+
Creative Systems pilots start at $5,000. Ongoing creative partnerships and custom workflow builds are scoped around the objectives, production requirements and complexity of the system.
What do you need from us?+
Usually: your product or service context, brand materials, approved messaging, existing creative, the objective you’re trying to achieve, and access to the people responsible for reviewing the work. Performance feedback is useful when available but isn’t required to begin.
Can we use Truepix ourselves instead?+
Yes. Truepix also has self-serve plans for teams that already know what they want to make and want to operate the platform directly. Creative Systems is for teams that want a deeper strategic and production partnership.
Who owns the creative?+
Final commercial ownership and usage terms are clearly defined in the engagement agreement, with straightforward terms appropriate to the project.
